Immigration Programs overview

With over 80 pathways of immigration, Canada has a range of options for all types of applicants. Immigration and settling in a new country is a daunting process. By using the services of an authorized Canadian Immigration Consultant this process will be much easier.
Each immigration program has its own minimum eligibility requirements. Determine and check eligibility prior to applying.
Once eligibility is checked, supporting documents to verify work experience, education, identity, and criminal and medical background are required to be submitted with the application.  There could be more documentation required by the Government of Canada depending on the program of immigration.

Economic Class - Express Entry

There are many pathways to immigrate to Canada and secure Canadian Permanent Residence. Categories of immigration programs:

Canadian Experience Class

Provincial Nominee Program

Canada has ten provinces and there are many nominee programs offered by these provinces and three territories. Each province has its own requirements and eligibility criteria.  These PNP are based on the requirements of their labour market.  Some provinces need candidates’ connection with the province as one of the eligibility requirement. 
Each PNP has its own application structure and processing time. PNP candidate have to apply to federal government to obtain the PR status Once candidate has been selected by the Province, candidates  permanent residence


Canadian permanent residents and citizens can sponsor and bring their family members to live with them in Canada. In 2023  Canada plans to welcome 106,500 new permanent residents through family sponsorship programs. 
If your spouse, child, or grandchild is a permanent resident or citizen of Canada, you may be eligible for family sponsorship.
