Ontario Skilled Trade Immigration plan

Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream, a part of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) designed for skilled trades professionals.

This stream provides an opportunity for foreign nationals with eligible skilled trades work experience in Ontario to apply for permanent residency and settle in Ontario permanently.

To be eligible, you must have a valid profile in the Express Entry system of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and receive a Notification of Interest from Ontario. Once nominated by the Ontario government, you can apply online for permanent residency.
